Who's Andrei?
I’m a Product Designer with experience working on B2B SaaS products, mainly in complex and operational domains.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree focused on user experience, design, and innovation. My education combined hands-on UX training with a strong emphasis on problem solving, business thinking, and building new ideas in real-world contexts.
For the past 3.5 years, I’ve been working at Boyum IT Solutions as part of the Innovation and Product Design team. We operated as a centralized UX team, supporting multiple products across the company. Alongside that, I also had full ownership of a product built from scratch, while regularly supporting other teams, especially during early discovery and problem framing.
During my years as a student, I worked in a warehouse.
I spent time across different areas like e-commerce and cross-docking, but most of my work was in the goods-in department.
I worked with SAP S/4HANA and a custom warehouse management system, and got firsthand experience with supply chain operations, product master data, and procurement.
How I like to work
Outcomes over output
I care about results: time saved, errors reduced, adoption improved. Shipping is not the goal on its own.
Product trios and shared ownership
I work best when product, design, and engineering collaborate closely, stay aligned on outcomes, and share responsibility for discovery and delivery.
Continuous discovery
I like keeping a steady cadence of customer and stakeholder input so the team keeps learning while building, not only at the start.
Assumption testing through small experiments
Before we invest heavily in a direction, I prefer lightweight experiments and quick validation to build just enough confidence to move forward, or change course early.
Where I work best
I do my best work in empowered product teams working on complex products, where design is involved early, outcomes matter more than output, and decisions are grounded in real user and business constraints.
Outside work
Outside of work, I run and bike regularly.
